Birdwatching opportunities are available from May 15 thru August 1.

ROY NEHER WILDLIFE is now offering bird watching tours. Choose either the 3 day tour ($1000) or the 5 day tour ($1500)  Please contact us for couple or group discount rates.
 
 
Both tours include the following:
 
  Airport pickup and return (if needed)
 
  Each birdwatcher receives personal attention and private birdwatching opportunities at one of the best birding spots in the world, Roy's Pond.
 
  Birdwatching at Lake Thunderbird, which features many wading birds, shore birds, waterfowl and songbirds.
 
  Accommodations at the beautiful Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast for the entire tour.
 
  Plus, one free dinner at your choice of either Red Lobster or Olive Garden restaurants.

  With over 100 species of birds sighted at Roy's Pond, we can't show all of them but, here are some beautiful birds that you can expect to see.

  The examples above represent just a fraction of the birds that nest here and spend all spring and summer here.
  Keep in mind that we are on a migratory path and receive thousands of different birds every spring and fall.
  Plus, many different species winter with us.
